Nigel Siederer has offered to contribute with “advice on governance and strategy, particularly for small organisations that are just starting up with little money, want to talk through ideas, and are concerned to get the right structure”.  Nigel also can offer support around working with grant-making trusts, having been first chief exec of their national association.
